Amal Foundation of Malaysia (Amal Malaysia) would like to express our sincere condolences to the family of the late Syeikh Dr Abdul Ghaffar Aziz, former Assistant Secretary to the International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS) of who had passed away.
His death was such a great loss, especially to the Islamic world because of his service in promoting the agenda of unity among the Muslims through his involvements in Islamic movement in Pakistan and IUMS.
Amal Malaysia also benefitted a lot from his views and ideas as he was a special guest speaker in The International Conference on Rohingya in 2017 organised by Amal Malaysia at Kuala Lumpur to search solutions of the plight of Rohingyans.
His efforts was well known and we believed that there will be his legacy that will continue his good deeds afterwards InsyaAllah. May the spirit of al-Marhum Syeikh Dr Abdul Ghaffar Aziz be included among the martyrs and those who are pious and bestowed with His divine grace and blessing.
